Dealers Portal UK provides an online marketplace platform connecting buyers, private sellers, and independent motor dealerships. When purchasing a vehicle from a listed dealer, the contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the dealer.
Vehicle specifications, MOT history, and valuation estimates are derived from third-party and official UK government records (DVLA/DVSA). While we take every effort to ensure accuracy, buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles physically or commission an independent pre-purchase mechanical inspection.
All private sellers and dealerships must ensure listings are accurate, reflect the true vehicle condition, declare insurance write-off categories (Cat S/N), and respect buyer communication guidelines.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
