Refund & Cancellation Policy (2026)

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation provisions for buyers, private sellers, and motor dealers on Dealers Portal UK.

1. Distance Selling & 14-Day Cancellation (Vehicle Purchases)

For vehicles purchased entirely online via distance contracts from accredited UK motor dealers, buyers have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to reasonable mileage and return condition requirements.

2. Vehicle Reservation Deposits

Deposits placed with verified dealers to reserve a forecourt vehicle prior to viewing are subject to the dealer's holding policy and are refundable if the vehicle is found to differ materially from the advertised specification.

3. Dealer Subscriptions

Dealerships subscribing to monthly membership tiers may cancel recurring billing at any time via the Vendor Portal prior to the next billing cycle renewal date.
